U.S. News & World Report Recognizes Stinson as a Top Company to Work For

Stinson LLP has been named to U.S. News & World Report's inaugural Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms list.

The Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms list analyzes publicly available employee sentiment and other data that demonstrates how a law firm supports the everyday experience of its constituents. The list considers quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance, job stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and opportunities for professional development. Law firms with the highest composite score for the factors were selected for inclusion on the Best Companies to Work For list.

The firm was recently recognized for its commitment to LGBTQ+ workplace equality with a perfect score on the 2023-2024 Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index. In 2023, the firm received Gold Standard Certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum, a certification the firm has held since 2011, and has been ranked by Seramount and Law360 as one of the best law firms for women.

U.S. News partnered with Leopard Solutions and Revelio Labs, which gathered relevant data, including employee sentiment and legal market research, to calculate the six metrics used in the list.
