VisionBank Acquisition Closes; Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

BOTS, Inc./VisionBank, based in Topeka, Kansas, recently closed on its sale to Community Bancshares, Inc./Community National Bank, based in Seneca, Kansas.

Stinson served as legal counsel to BOTS, Inc./VisionBank and The Capital Corporation of Leawood, Kansas served as financial advisor.

VisionBank is an independent, locally-owned bank serving Topeka, Overland Park, and the surrounding regions in Kansas. Founded in 1984, Community National Bank offers a wide array of financial services at their four bank locations in Seneca, Tonganoxie, Basehor and Sabetha, Kansas. The combined assets are near $800 million and the sale closed on December 15, 2021.
