Overview
Alex brings experience litigating numerous cases on behalf of both individuals and companies in complex civil litigation, including subrogation, premises liability, insurance defense, and bad faith claims. He has overseen both prosecuting and defending numerous depositions, conducted negotiations, and presented arguments in various mediations, discovery disputes, scheduling conferences, and pre-trial conferences. Alex has also guided a litigation team through a critical workers’ compensation case that reached the Colorado Supreme Court. Additionally, he served as Deputy State Public Defender in Durango, Colorado, where he further honed his litigation skills from 2016 to 2018.
