Alli E. Baden

Alli focuses her practice in assisting private and publicly held companies on critical corporate finance matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Alli worked at Stinson as a summer associate. She also worked as a legal extern for the Kansas Department of Insurance where she assisted on issues relating to state securities and insurance fraud. Additionally, Alli gained legal experience interning at Watco and serving as a judicial intern for the Johnson County District Court.
