Austin is a meticulous problem solver adept at navigating complex litigation.

Overview

As a member of the firm’s Litigation Associates Group, Austin methodically approaches his clients’ problems to help them navigate even the thorniest disputes.

Prior to joining Stinson, Austin worked as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 15 law firm in New York where he worked on a range of commercial litigation, arbitration and investigations matters. Austin served as a law clerk to Judge Robin M. Meriweather of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Judge Nanette K. Laughrey of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and Judge Veronica S. Rossman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He applies the insights and skills he learned working with federal judges to help his clients succeed in and out of court.
