Bryce blends his international tax experience with a client-focused approach, offering practical solutions for complex real estate and tax credit matters.
Overview
Bryce brings significant experience in federal tax implications across a variety of internal and third-party transactions, advising clients on international tax planning for U.S. investments abroad and supporting cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring for both domestic and global clients. Additionally, Bryce has guided fund sponsors and developers through complex real estate transactions, including navigating the opportunity zone program, managing 1031 and 1033 exchanges, and completing low-income housing tax credit projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryce worked as a tax associate at an Oregon law firm. He previously served as an international tax associate at a Big Four accounting firm, where he handled international tax and compliance matters for Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth clients with global assets.
