Daniel's practice focuses on representing businesses and organizations in various litigation matters, which provide him with a broad range of litigation experience. His work includes matters involving business torts, contract disputes, real estate, and more. Daniel is also experienced in defending against claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Daniel provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients in diverse industries, including real estate, agribusiness, financial services and more.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as a law clerk for a Fortune 500 agribusiness company where he assisted the general counsel. Daniel’s previous experience also includes extensive work in various parts of the agriculture industry.

Advised animal food manufacturer on Food and Drug Administration regulations including infection control guidance and potential reporting requirements.
Represented clients against disability discrimination claims made under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for failure to remove alleged barriers.
Represented an event venue in a contract dispute where counterparty requested modifications after execution.
Represented a lender in a dispute over cattle that were used as collateral to secure the debtor’s loan.
Represented clients in pursuing breach of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and accompanying trade secrets claims.
