Edward helps clients resolve bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues with clarity and precision.
Overview
Edward assists clients in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights division, drawing on his experience in both state and federal courts. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable James M. Carr of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, where he gained firsthand insight into resolving complex business issues through the bankruptcy process. In this role, he reviewed motions and proposed orders for legal compliance and contributed to drafting orders and opinions.
Edward also served as a law clerk in the Asset Recovery and Bankruptcy Section of the Indiana Attorney General’s Office and for the Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
