Pragmatic and driven for success, Emily assists her clients in every phase of the litigation process. She has experience working with clients on a variety of business litigation issues, including class actions, employment claims, breach of contract, and other complex matters critical to a company’s success.
Before joining Stinson, Emily worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Kansas City, Missouri and defended the city through every step of litigation. At Stinson, Emily helps clients reach the best possible outcome inside and outside of the courtroom.
Emily has experience providing risk management and finding alternative resolutions through mediation.
