Overview
Haley assists in a variety of business litigation matters, working with clients on complex disputes across various industries.
Prior to joining Stinson, Haley gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk at the North Dakota Supreme Court where she conducted legal research, analyzed complex legal issues and prepared draft opinions and case summaries. She also worked as a summer associate at two North Dakota law firms where she conducted research, prepared court documents and collaborated with attorneys on drafting legal briefs and memorandums.
