Overview
James brings valuable litigation experience, including work on civil rights, complex tort litigation, construction, premises liability, products liability and transportation cases. At a civil litigation firm, he contributed to discovery, fact development and the drafting of various legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, memoranda and dispositive motions, while also representing clients in hearings.
His experience also includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General, where he provided independent legal advice to state agencies and represented them in administrative proceedings. Prior to his legal career, James served in the Marine Corps as an intelligence analyst, developing critical research, analysis, and strategic planning skills in high-pressure environments.
