Maya’s litigation practice focuses on product liability, employment law and commercial disputes. She has experience in multiple stages of litigation including research, pleadings, fact analysis, written discovery and depositions.
Maya frequently drafts position statements responding to administrative charges of alleged discrimination. She has also skillfully drafted several successful dispositive motions in the areas of employment discrimination and breach of contract disputes.
Maya enjoys comprehensive document review, as well as playing an active role in client interviews, depositions, and the mediation process.
