Overview

Patrick focuses on serving a diverse range of clients in estate planning, estate administration, and estate and gift tax matters.

He has significant experience crafting essential estate planning documents, including wills, marital property agreements, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring they align with his clients' goals and comply with relevant legal requirements. Patrick also has experience providing counsel to clients navigating asset protection considerations, income tax planning, charitable planning, business succession planning and wealth transfer strategies.

Additionally, Patrick has represented and advised trustees on various matters involving trust administration, including trust accountings, disputes with beneficiaries and determination of proper use of trust assets. He has also successfully established and implemented family office structures for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Experience

Served as vice president, senior wealth strategist, to one of the largest U.S. banking institutions where he developed comprehensive estate plans, as well as advanced wealth transfer strategies, charitable giving and business succession planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
