Ryan P. Collins

Ryan supports clients on a wide range of corporate finance issues, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate governance.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Ryan worked for Stinson as a summer associate. Also while in law school, he worked for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office in its civil division, where he was a certified student attorney.

Before law school, Ryan was a professional hockey player.

Outside of his legal practice, Ryan enjoys coaching youth hockey, golfing and reading.
