Alisa Lacey practices in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Division. She has more than 20 years’ experience representing creditors, purchasers of assets, creditor's committees, tort claimant committees, 1114 retired pilots committee, debtors, and trustees in every aspect of Chapter 11 proceedings. Representations have included cases involving golf courses, hotels, mining, dairy farming, ILECs, and sales of many types of assets. In addition, Alisa has considerable experience in defense of preference and fraudulent conveyance claims, and most other aspects of bankruptcy litigation. She has also supervised and negotiated the out of court collection and restructuring of debt for multiple companies and enterprises.
