Lowell Noteboom has nearly 40 years of experience representing clients in the construction industry. His clients include national, regional and local owners, contractors, and design professionals with operations across the United States and in Canada. Lowell was recently retained as special counsel by the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission in connection with the deflation and extensive damage to the Metrodome roof in a December 2010 snowstorm. Lowell provides strategic counsel to his client’s CEOs and boards of directors and has broad experience litigating and arbitrating substantial construction and commercial disputes. He has also written and spoken extensively on construction law issues and recently served as a member of the board of directors of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota. He consults regularly with major nonprofit organizations and advises on matters of governance.
