Mark Wilkins is an associate in the Employment & Labor division in the firm's Kansas City office.
Mark works for public and private companies on the creation, maintenance, review and regulatory compliance of their employee benefit plans including, executive compensation, retirement and health and welfare plans. He assists firm clients with compliance with the regulatory requirements under ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, the Internal Revenue Code and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. In addition, he represents clients with matters before the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of Labor and other governmental agencies.
