Transactional Finance Attorney Sasson Marcus Joins Stinson in New York City

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Sasson Marcus to its New York City office as of counsel in its Banking & Financial Services Practice Division.

Marcus brings substantial experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex loan transactions and offering guidance to companies on various corporate matters. His practice focuses on acquisition financing, refinancing, exit financing and debtor-in-possession financing for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization and asset-based loans within the upper and middle markets. He drafts and negotiates loan documents for secured lending transactions and advises clients on market terms for both domestic and cross-border credit facilities.

In addition to finance, Marcus advises technology companies, consumer products firms and public benefit corporations on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He has served as both inside and outside counsel, drafting agreements related to licensing, acquisitions, joint ventures and various business operations.

Marcus earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University, and both a B.A. and honorary M.A. from the University of Cambridge.
