Allison Murdock Highlights Stinson's 2023 Success, Outlines 2024 Growth Plans in The American Lawyer Feature
In The American Lawyer article, "Stinson, With Surge in Class Actions, Grew Revenue Nearly 4%," Managing Partner Allison Murdock explores the firm's growth in 2023 and its plans for future strategic investments.
Murdock highlights the firm's increase in work across multiple practices, most notably class action defense, labor and employment, intellectual property and energy. She highlights the firm's nice practice mix but points to the firm's class action work as a strong driver of success in a litigation-heavy environment.
She also details the firm's expansion efforts. Stinson opened a new downtown Tampa office last May that already is growing. The firm also added many attorneys across its platform, including greatly expanding the firm's New York office. "We had litigation in New York but now we have real estate, M&A, and international M&A in New York, and we've deepened our litigation bench with securities litigators," Murdock said.
As Stinson's managing partner, Murdock has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the firm's operations and performance, including development and implementation of the firm's strategic initiatives. Her focus is on leading and growing a client-focused and community-engaged firm. Murdock is also a member of Stinson's board of directors and executive committee.
