As Managing Partner, Allison leads the firm in a strategy focused on delivering excellent client service shaped by collaboration and innovation.
Overview
Allison serves as the Managing Partner of the firm with ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the firm's operations and performance including development and implementation of the firm's strategic initiatives. Her focus is on leading and growing a client-focused and community-engaged firm. In addition to serving as the firm's Managing Partner, Allison is a member of its executive committee and board of directors.
Allison previously served as the firm's Deputy Managing Partner for 11 years. As Deputy Managing Partner, Allison was directly responsible for the overall management of the firm's practice divisions and served as the leadership liaison for of the firm's professional development, recruiting, diversity and inclusion and pro bono committees. She has served on the firm's Board of Directors since 2003. Allison is a strong, supportive leader to colleagues at the firm and in her community. She has been recognized for her legal prowess and leadership many times, most recently being awarded Corporate Counsel's 2018 National Women in Law Honorees for Innovative Leadership.
Experience
Before committing to serve as Managing Partner and Deputy Managing Partner, Allison was a leading trial attorney in trust and estate matters, focused on defending corporate fiduciaries against claims of fraud, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty arising from the creation and administration of trusts. She also defended trust termination and reformation actions, and litigated adversary proceedings.
Allison's clients included a major brokerage firm and several national and regional banks and trust companies.
