Murdock Adds Top Managing Partner to Growing List of Accolades

Stinson LLP Managing Partner Allison Murdock is recognized on the inaugural Missouri Lawyers Media Top Managing Partners in Missouri list.

The list is comprised of managing partners throughout the state who have helped their firms grow revenue, and develop and retain their talent base, in addition to keeping their firms active in the community and pushing their firms to achieve important milestones and goals.

Since becoming managing partner July 2021, Murdock has helped to elevate the firm, its client service and all Stinson constituents while continuing the firm's commitment to pro bono work and diversity, equity and inclusion.

In her first year as managing partner, the firm saw a 7% increase in revenue. Under Murdock's leadership, the firm opened its first Florida location in Tampa, and relocated its Dallas and New York offices to modern office spaces that allow for growth. Murdock also took the lead on the development, approval and implementation of Stinson's new strategic plan that will guide the firm's progression over the next three years.

In addition, Murdock continues to further the firm's efforts of ensuring women and other diverse attorneys have a pipeline to prominent leadership roles at the firm and across the legal industry. She's also carrying on the pro bono traditions of the firm's founders through intentional investment in communities across the firm's 13 office locations nationwide.

Stinson continues to be a Mansfield Certified Plus firm and achieved Gold Standard Status by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum. The firm has also surpassed its goal of donating 3% of total billable hours to pro bono each year with Murdock as its managing partner.

As managing partner, Murdock holds ultimate responsibility for all aspects of Stinson's operations and performance, including development and implementation of the firm's strategic initiatives. Her focus is on leading and growing a client-focused and community-engaged firm. In addition to serving as the firm's managing partner, she is a member of its board of directors and executive committee.
