Doan Recognized as One of Missouri's Top Attorneys in Health Care Law

Stinson LLP Partner Kirk Doan has been named to Missouri Lawyers Media's 2023 POWER List featuring the top health care attorneys in Missouri. This is the third year in a row that Doan has been named to this list.

The POWER List is a regular feature from Missouri Lawyers Media that examines the power brokers who lead and influence various parts of the Missouri legal community. For the various categories, the publication's editorial team interviews respected attorneys and leaders around the state, reviews outcomes of significant cases and state records, and consults the archives of Missouri Lawyers Weekly to compile the lists of what they believe to be the most powerful people in each part of Missouri's legal community.

Doan works with the business side of the health care industry, assisting clients in matters relating to practice acquisition, hospital contracting and construction, business operations and regulatory compliance. In addition to representing medical practice businesses, Doan represents physicians and surgeons, dentists and pharmacists. He is also a member of the firm's real estate and public finance practice group, focusing on commercial financing, construction, loan closings, workouts, title examinations, zoning and foreclosures.
