Kirk Doan Named to Health Care Law "POWER LIST"

Stinson Partner Kirk Doan has been named to Missouri Lawyer's Weekly's "POWER LIST" for health care attorneys for the second year in a row.

The "POWER LIST" examines and recognizes Missouri's most powerful attorneys in health care law, focusing on attorneys who counsel hospitals, clinics and other health care entities, and attorneys who defend doctors, nurses, dentists and their employers from professional malpractice accusations both in court and before licensing boards.

Doan works with the business side of the health care industry, assisting clients in matters relating to practice acquisition, hospital contracting and construction, business operations and regulatory compliance. In addition to representing medical practice businesses, Doan represents physicians and surgeons, dentists and pharmacists. He is also a member of the firm's real estate and public finance practice group, focusing on commercial financing, loan closings, workouts, title examinations, zoning and foreclosures.
