Radloff Selected to Minnesota Lawyer's Top Women in Law Award

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Jill Radloff has been honored in the inaugural class of Minnesota Lawyer's Top Women in Law.

Minnesota Lawyer’s Top Women in Law recognition celebrates the outstanding achievements of women in the legal community in Minnesota. Honorees were selected based on the core principles of leadership, professionalism, accomplishment and passion for making a difference.

For over two decades, Radloff has served as an indispensable health care and corporate finance attorney at Stinson. She is known for her leading-edge legal counsel on complex transactions for businesses in regulated industries, including insurance, health care, finance, agribusiness, energy and manufacturing. With a portfolio of multi-million dollar transactions, she handles contract, regulatory, finance, compliance, and transactional issues for health plans, property and casualty insurance companies, and many other businesses. She also navigates the M&A space by advising public companies on SEC compliance, governance and capital market activities, and negotiating stock and asset purchases, cross-border transactions, and finance vehicles and transactions that require insurance regulatory approval.

Radloff a long history of dedication to pro bono causes, particularly those that promote equity and equality. She is a former board member of the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, a leading nonprofit association that works to create a more equitable and inclusive legal community by strengthening the efforts of its member organizations to attract, recruit, advance and retain attorneys of color. She is also a former board member of the Wanton Injustice Legal Detail (WILD), a group supporting Twin Cities Diversity in Practice dedicated to creating communities free of anti-Black racism and all forms of racism.

Honorees were celebrated at an event on Thursday, October 26 in Minneapolis.
