Stinson Welcomes Senior Associates to Minneapolis Office

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Patrick D. Busch and Alexandra P. Stanley to the firm's  Minneapolis office. Busch joins as an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment & Benefits Practice Division and Stanley joins as an associate in the firm's Financial Services and Class Action Practice Division.

Busch represents employers in a range of employment and labor law proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Minnesota Department of Human Rights and OSHA, and assists multi-national and multi-state businesses in complying with state and federal regulations. He also has experience navigating clients through unionization efforts, including the collective bargaining process and labor arbitration hearings. Busch earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Stanley's practice focuses on federal and state government enforcement actions, investigations and compliance matters, and complex litigation. She has experience representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and a variety of other federal agencies. Stanley earned her J.D. from Georgetown University.
