Overview
Madeline dedicates her practice to assisting clients with various litigation needs, providing tailored solutions and support. With extensive litigation experience, she has represented corporate clients in breach of contract, employment and general liability cases and has drafted contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions and other essential litigation documents. She is skilled in conducting depositions, including those involving party and third-party witnesses, as well as in advocating at motion hearings for clients. Madeline leverages her wide-ranging litigation experience when assisting clients with their unique legal and business interests.
During law school, Madeline refined her legal skills while serving as a law clerk at an Iowa firm, where she collaborated across various divisions to draft legal memoranda spanning corporate law, employment law, personal injury, litigation and real estate law. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a government relations and legal intern for the Iowa Hospital Association. Prior to law school, Madeline was selected for a year-long business fellowship at Atlantic Media's National Journal. In her undergraduate years, one of her favorite experiences was interning at the White House for the Office of First Lady Michelle Obama.
